Request for Proposals
Notice is hereby given that Helena Housing Authority (HHA) is accepting responses to a revised RFP for Snow Removal Services. HHA-FY22-RFP-002: Snow Removal Services is seeking the potential for multiple interested parties to provide such services for its Public Housing, leased facilities, and Tax Credit sites. The updated Scope of Work has broken the previous Site List into four (4) new site groupings, as we encourage potential respondents to propose services for one or more or all of HHA’s four (4) site groupings. Duly qualified firms or individuals responding to this RFP must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing Snow Removal Services.
Responses to this RFP (to include one (1) original and two (2) copies) may be mailed or hand-delivered to 812 Abbey St., Helena, MT 59601 and must be received no later than 4:30 PM on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Complete RFP packets are available for download from the ‘Procurement & Contract Opportunities’ page of HHA’s website (https://hhamt.org/procurement-contract-opportunities/).
A pre-proposal deadline virtual conference is scheduled to begin at 1:30PM, Wednesday, September 22, 2021. A URL and/or conference call number will be posted on the “Procurement and Contract Opportunities” page of HHA’s website (https://hhamt.org/procurement-contract-opportunities/) as soon as details are determined. Parties interested in responding to this RFP are highly encouraged to participate in this pre-proposal conference. During this conference we will be discussing the Scope of Work per the revised site groupings as well as addressing any concerns about requirements in the RFP, HUD-based or otherwise. This will also be the final time and place for questions regarding the RFP to be asked and answered.
Prior to the conference, questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via email to Michael M. O’Neil, Executive Director, HHA at email@example.com, with the following subject line: “Helena Housing Authority Snow Removal Services RFP Question”. Any responses to questions and/or clarifications will be added to the “Procurement & Contract Opportunities” page of HHA’s website to ensure any updates or new information is accessible to all potential respondents in advance of the submittal deadline. Successful award of a contract may include options for contract extensions up to a total of five (5) years.
