INVITATION FOR BID
Wilder Apartments Inc. is requesting bids for HHA-FY25-IFB-003: Wilder Exterior Painting Project to take place at Wilder Apartments (1607 Wilder Ave., Helena, MT 59601). Wilder Apartments Inc. is a component unit of the Helena Housing Authority (HHA).
All bids must be delivered to HHA (812 Abbey St., Helena, MT 59601) by 2:00PM on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Bids will be opened at this time and tabulated by Wilder Apartment’s Contracting Officer. No late bids will be accepted. Bid opening is open to the public and bidders are encouraged to attend. A tabulation of the bids received will be available within a reasonable time after Tuesday, December 3, 2024. A contract may be issued to the winning bidder as soon as Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
A Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit is scheduled to begin at 10:00AM, Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 1607 Wilder Ave., Helena, MT 59601
