INVITATION FOR BID

The Helena Housing Authority (HHA) is requesting bids for HHA-FY25-IFB-002: MEA HVAC Controls & Ventilation Upgrade Project to take place at 100 S. Warren St., Helena, MT 59601.

All bids received by 2:00PM Tuesday, September 24, will be opened and tabulated by HHA’s Contracting Officer and after this time no bids will be accepted.  Bid opening is open to the public and bidders are encouraged to attend.  A tabulation of the bids received will be available within a reasonable time after September 24, 2024.  A contract may be issued to the winning bidder as soon as Wednesday, October 2, 2024.  Results will be faxed or emailed to interested parties upon written request made attention to Michael M. O’Neil, Executive Director, HHA.

A Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit is scheduled to begin at 10:00AM, Thursday, September 5, 2024, at the project site (100 S. Warren St., Helena, MT 59601). 

Contractors can view the contract information through the Montana Plans Exchange or at https://hhamt.org/procurement-contract-opportunities/.  Physical bid packets will be made available to interested parties who contact Crossman Whitney Griffin Architecture + Interiors to request a packet:
