INVITATION FOR BID
The Helena Housing Authority (HHA) is requesting bids for HHA-FY26-IFB-001: 2009 Livingston Unit 55 Fire Repairs Project to take place at a public housing property owned in Helena, MT.
All bids must be delivered to HHA (812 Abbey St., Helena, MT 59601) by 1:30PM Thursday, May 14, 2026. Bids will be opened at this time and tabulated by HHA’s Contracting Officer. No late bids will be accepted. Bid opening is open to the public and bidders are encouraged to attend. A tabulation of the bids received will be available within a reasonable time after May 14, 2026. A contract may be issued to the winning bidder as soon as Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
A Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit is scheduled to begin at 10:00AM, Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 2009 Livingston Ave., Helena, MT 59601.
