Current HCV Payment Standards & Utility Schedules

2025 HHA Voucher Programs payment standards for immediate implementation:

These payment standards are in effect for the HHA Local HCV program including VASH and the PSH program.

HHA will apply an increase in payment standard no later than the earliest of (1) the effective date of an increase in the gross rent will result in an increase in the family’s share, (2) the family’s first regular or interim reexamination, or (3) one year following the effective date of the increase in the payment standard amount.

0-Bed:  $1,203.00
1-Bed:  $1,510.00
2-Bed:  $1,756.00
3-Bed:  $2,317.00
4-Bed:  $2,637.00
5-Bed:  $3,032.00
6-Bed:  $3,428.00
